Health services provided by the Minister
11Despite any provision of this or any other Act, if the Minister considers it in the public interest to do so, the Minister may
(a)
provide or arrange for the provision of health services in an area of the Province, or outside the Province, whether or not the services are being provided by a regional health authority, and
(b)
may do any other thing that the Minister considers necessary to ensure the provision of health services in the Province.
